Friday Memo – January 8, 2010

Happy New Year: Welcome back, we hope everyone had a great holiday and a good start to a healthy and happy New Year.

THANK YOU! To all of the parents who coordinated and ran the Customs of the Season party for the students on December 18th.  A lot of great activities kept the students moving on a cold, snowy day!

Used Uniform Sale: Tomorrow, Saturday the 12th, will be our Used Uniform Sale.  It is from 10:00am until 12:00noon in our auditorium. The sale is cash only.

Community Service: Student community service logs and parent volunteer logs are due January 12th.  Have your student turn in both logs to their leadership teacher.

Coat Donations: Sterling Hope Center was appreciative of the 40 coats we collected for them.  If you have any new or gently used coats to donate, please put them in the box in the office.

Panera Bread and Relay for Life: We are having a grade level competition to see who can raise the most money for Relay for Life.  Panera Bread on Woodruff Road has agreed to let our students work there for a percentage of the profits.  Please see this link for all the details.
