No School: There will not be any school on Monday, the 18th , or Tuesday, the 19th. See you on Wednesday.
8th Grade Dedication Pages: You have just a week left to recognize your student in our yearbook through the dedication pages. This offer is only available until 1/22/10. Please go to www.JostensAdService.com to create an ad dedicated to your 8th grader. You can use personal photos, or inspirational text, and do it all on your own home computer. Please take a moment to do this as this deadline cannot be extended.
Yearbooks: To date we have sold 135 of our 250 yearbooks. The final deadline to purchase is 1/31/10 and this deadline cannot be extended. We do not plan on ordering extra books to sell at the end of the year. The price is $48 and again, they will be on sale until the end of the month. Please go to www.jostens.com to order your yearbook now.
Lunch Coverage: If you can help with lunch coverage please send an email to Susan Cobb at susancobb117@gmail.com. It is a one half hour commitment and counts towards your service hours.
Wish List: Stayed tuned for a wish list to appear on our website! As a general guideline, figure that spending $10.00 is worth one hour on your parent survey log.
Lunch Menus: The lunch menu is on the website. Please fill it out completely, including the 3rd period teacher name.

From the Board: A special thank you to our faculty and volunteers for the wonderful desserts and coffee at this week’s board meeting. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite, and we especially appreciated the kind words of appreciation. It is our pleasure to serve on the board of Langston; the best middle school in SC!
