About Me

I am Kathy Feigenbaum, married nearly 20 years to Matt Feigenbaum, who teaches at our alma mater, Furman University. We have four wonderful children, the oldest of whom is starting her sophomore year at Furman. Our son is enjoying his second year at Greenville Tech Charter High. And we have twin girls in the first grade. When I am not teaching I enjoy long runs or less strenuous outdoor time, reading, traveling, collecting shells, and spending time with my family.

I have always wanted to give students the absolute best possible opportunity to learn and grow. I am excited to be teaching at Langston because I realize that it is such a rare educational opportunity. The small classes allow us to give students individual attention, and the single-gender set-up helps students focus their attention in a more optimal learning environment. The support of parents strengthens the entire school and makes Langston an ideal setting for us all!
